This loupe is just the very thing you need if you want to clean your own DSLR sensor. It fits neatly over the camera's lens mount, preventing additional dust from entering whilst you inspect the sensor. It provides an excellent, magnified and very well lit view, giving good visibility of even very small specs of dust, and making any smears from unsuccessful cleaning attempts very apparent. I've used it in combination with Photographic Solutions Sensor Swabs, and gotten excellent results. I had tried the Visible Dust Arctic Butterfly, but found it rather poor at removing dust particles. Their Sensor Loupe however, is excellent. Highly recommended, but priced rather highly, hence 4 stars.
