I got this for my work as a copier technician and it's perfect for the job.
I needed something that I could carry my tools, cleaning materials and laptop, this does all that and a bit more.
Similar purpose designed laptop toolcases are 2-3 times more expensive and don't hold as much.

I first saw the product at shop in London which had a price tag of £150 and I did enjoyed the size, 2nd laptop case and most important of all, being able to bring it with me on a flight. When I checked the price on Amazon, was completely shocked about the difference and ordered immediately. Quality seems very good and if you're commuting & traveling a lot, saves you from carrying lots of bags like instead of 3-4, you can manage by 2. The only thing which disappointed me was the handle which seems a bit unstable which I had also read in another review and it demands some careful handling. Apart from that, great bag.

I really love this bag. :) It is awesome: I really can not understand how I have manged without it for so long.:P Although the trolley extension is not as robust but it is certainly good value: if you are short (speaking as a male), the wheels can be a little bit of an peskiness since they sometimes bump in to your new and clean trousers when carried. Those are the only - I can find about this bag (unless the handle of the bag dosen't break = then you will have a (over)loaded bag to carry around the town, but on the other hand let's hope that does not happen.:)). Other fellow subjets pointed out the lack of shoulderstrap but I think it will not be an issue for most subjects since you presumably will roll/drag the case rather than carry it: the laptop bag contains an extra compartment for your files when walking to a meeting.^^
The thing I like with the bag is (wich already has been mentioned by my fellow subjects :)) that it holds a lot of compartments for your office (in my case study) How have I manged without for so long?! ;) The bag holds plenty in separate and really useful sections.:) It have a really nice look and the sober colour with the Swiss red cross makes it look just on business lines. An extra nice feature is that they send you a laptopbag: even if you don't take the laptopgag out of the main bag, it will protect your laptop like an extra pillow around the laptop so to speak.
In my humble opinion this is the best office case ever: just by it if you are considering i.e. to by "just" a case for your laptop it is definitely worth every penny (in my case SEK: I had to pay a liiittle bit more than people have to do from the UK - the exchange rate - but still worth the pleasure of getting it) and you will find that this is the best investment ever that you can do for yourself: now you can truely say that you travel :) with your office insted of "walkin around" ;) with the office. :)
Edit: I agree with Michelle Quinn: "An ideal travel companion for anyone needing 2 overnight stays. i think the file compartment could have been sacraficed for more clothing storage." I filled the bag with clothes and I was able to fill it with clothing for approx. 4 days/for the weekend, (but I guess that females might need more clothing than males when traveling?:)) wich suits me fine since I travel weekends now and then.
I am satisfied with the shipment of the bag: I ordered the bag on the 30 April and received it on the 10 May (Although the Swedish royal mail maded me to actually go and pick it up from their office = a few days delay but is not Amazon.uk.com fault :P) and I will shop here again for sure if the need emerge again.;) :) The customer support answered my questions regarding the transit of the case really fast (the same day/early the next day) and that is a nice ++ experience as well. :) :)

An excellent product. Loads of compartments allowing papers and books to be transported flat along with a laptop. Ideal for business travel as it is compact but very functional. Highly recommended.
